Cemetery and Traditional Burial

The cemetery is landscaped using native trees and shrubs. Each pet has their own plot and engraved plaque.

We have areas especially reserved for dogs and cats. However, please let us know if you would like your pet buried alongside a previous pet.

The cemetery changes appearance dramatically with the seasons. Spring is the best time to visit as the wildflowers are in their full glory. Summer is naturally the toughest time for vegetation and humans alike.

There is a picnic table situated at the front of the grounds, where you can enjoy lunch within a bush setting. Please feel free to bring your other pets along to visit.

Lawnswood Pet Cemetery is located approximately an hour’s drive east of Perth in the Avon Valley. There is plenty of parking and a map at the front gate will show you the layout of our cemetery.

Please call our office on (08) 9248 6464 to discuss your pet’s burial.
