Whether your pet has passed away at home, or you would like the opportunity to say goodbye to your pet in the comfort of your own home, we are pleased to be able to provide options for you.
Our home collection service is available 7 days a week, including public holidays, and is available for pets in metro areas only. This service offers the dignified collection of your beloved pet from your home within two hours of receiving your booking, or you can talk to our friendly team to arrange a time that suits you.
Our experienced and caring team is always ready to help, allowing your final moments with your pet to be as peaceful as possible.

Same day private cremation
Our same day private cremation services allow you to be reunited with your beloved pet sooner. There are two options available for our same day pet cremation service, which are available for pets in metro areas and are subject to date and time availability.
1. Platinum service
Our platinum service is available Monday to Friday and includes the dignified collection of your pet from your home or vet clinic by our experienced and caring team. This is followed by a guaranteed same-day private cremation service that ensures the ashes of your pet, and only your pet, are returned to you in your choice of standard vessel.
If you would like to create a truly meaningful tribute to your pet, we also offer a range of vessels and memorabilia for you to choose from. These products are available for an additional cost.

2. Gold service
Our gold service is available Monday to Friday and allows you to bring your pet to our facility for a guaranteed same-day private cremation service. This ensures that the ashes of your pet, and only your pet, will be returned to you. Our team will call you straight away once your pet’s ashes are ready for you to take home.
Your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in your choice of standard vessel. If you would like to create a truly heartfelt reminder of your pet, we offer a range of vessels and memorabilia for you to choose from for an additional cost.
