Home collection
Whether your pet has passed away at home, or you would like the opportunity to say goodbye to your pet in the comfort of your own home, we are pleased to be able to provide options for you.
Our home collection service is available 7 days a week, including public holidays, and is available for pets in metro areas only. This service offers the dignified collection of your beloved pet from your home within two hours of receiving your booking, or you can talk to our friendly team to arrange a time that suits you.
Our experienced and caring team is always ready to help, allowing your final moments with your pet to be as peaceful as possible.

Platinum service
Our Platinum service is available Monday to Friday and includes the dignified collection of your pet from your home or vet clinic by our experienced and caring team. This is followed by a priority private cremation service that ensures the ashes of your pet are returned to you in your choice of standard vessel.
The Platinum service takes care of everything with a dedicated priority Private cremation that allows your pet’s ashes to be returned to you within one day.
Pricing – $495 (in addition to the cremation cost)
If you would like to create a truly meaningful tribute to your pet, we also offer a range of vessels and memorabilia for you to choose from. These products are available for an additional cost.
Gold service
Our Gold service is available Monday to Friday and allows you to bring your pet to our facility for a priority cremation service.
The Gold service allows your pet to have a priority Private cremation within three days. Once your pet’s ashes are ready, you will be contacted to arrange collection.
Pricing – $325 (in addition to the cremation cost)
Your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in your choice of standard vessel. If you would like to create a truly heartfelt reminder of your pet, we offer a range of vessels and memorabilia for you to choose from for an additional cost.
Funeral Services – Final Goodbye
Being able to say a touching final goodbye to your pet can be a hugely important part of the grieving process.
Our Comfort Room at Lawnswood offers you and your family, including other pets, a private and understanding space to farewell your pet in a funeral setting. Allowing you the opportunity to see your pet at peace and reflect on your life together.
We encourage you to bring in any family photos, letters or treasured items that played a part in your pet’s life to help honour their memory. At the end of the viewing, our friendly and caring team will then collect your pet from our Comfort Room in preparation for the next stage of their journey.
